Penn & Pound Cottages

We have two traditionally built, cosy cottages converted from tractor sheds that are completely self-contained. They both have two bedrooms and sleep four people in each cottage; 1 double bedroom with wardrobe, chest of drawers and lamps. In the second bedroom there are adult size bunk-beds, wardrobe, chest of drawers and lamps also.
The bathroom is fitted with a full size bath, a seperate walk -in shower cubicle with electric shower, a sink and wc. There is a heated towel rail, mirror and shaving point.
The living area is all open plan. The kitchen being fitted with cupboards above and below and there is everything you would need for a comfortable stay. Including a full size four ring hob with oven , a fridge, microwave oven, toaster and all the utensils , cutlery and crockery you need. There is a table and four chairs for dining.
The lounge area has a comfortable settee, two armchairs, coffee table
lamps and there is a TV with DVD and Freeview.
At the front of the cottages is a lawned area with garden tables and seating with a parasol for hotter days. Car parking is opposite your cottage.
The whole area is level and there are no stairs to negotiate.
Penn and Pound cottages are approximately 200 yards from the private fishing lakes and the terrain is flat. Depending on conditions of the field cars may be driven to the waters edge.
WHAT IS INCLUDED.
Tea towels, all bed linen, electricity and fishing are included in the price. A highchair and baby’s cot can be provided, free of charge, on request.
